Deployment Options
- Managed SaaS — The fastest way to get started. Xilos hosts and manages everything — you just connect your agents.
- Private Cloud (VPC) — Deploy Xilos in your own AWS, Azure, or GCP account for data isolation and network-level control.
- On-Premise — Air-gapped capable, full data sovereignty, no external dependencies.

Three-Phase Ownership Journey
Xilos guides organizations through a three-phase journey toward full AI ownership:
Phase 1: Deploy and Connect
Start with Managed SaaS. Connect your existing AI agents to Xilos. Xilos begins observing, securing, and orchestrating your AI traffic immediately. The platform learns your query patterns, cost drivers, and security needs.
Phase 2: Fine-Tune and Optimize
Use Xilos orchestration data to fine-tune open-source models. The Training Data Exporter transforms your query log into a filtered training dataset. The Fine-Tune Pipeline manages the job lifecycle. Import the resulting model back into Xilos and update your routing rules.
Phase 3: Deploy On-Premises
Migrate to Private Cloud or On-Premise. Xilos packages your configurations, rules, fine-tuned models, and context engine data into a deployable bundle. You own your AI infrastructure completely — zero dependencies on external services.

Migration Paths
Migration between deployment options is supported at any time:
- SaaS → Private Cloud: Xilos exports your configuration and data. Deploy in your VPC using Infrastructure as Code.
- Private Cloud → On-Premise: Package your VPC deployment for air-gapped installation.
- On-Premise → Private Cloud: Sync on-prem configurations back to a VPC deployment.
All migrations preserve your routing rules, restriction rules, workflows, compression settings, context engine data, and query history.
